Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP specifies that organizations and enterprises must designate personnel responsible for personal data protection, commonly referred to as a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Appointing a DPO helps organizations comply with legal requirements, strengthen data security, and reduce the risks of data breaches and cyberattacks.

Training Completion Certificate
Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive a Certificate of Completion and develop the capability to analyze and handle compliance-related procedures, as well as implement personal data protection policies and technical measures.

Training Programs
Designed with a practical focus, the curriculum spans both foundational and advanced content, tailored to different trainee profiles.
VnDPO/L Course: Provides trainees with foundational knowledge and a clear understanding of the regulations needed to correctly implement and comply with Vietnam's personal data protection laws.
VnDPO (Specialist) Course: Focuses on practical, in-depth implementation for professionals providing data protection services, or internal staff who want a complete understanding of how to implement it within their organization.
VnDPO/T Course: Focuses on how to implement personal data protection within an organization's technology systems, closely connecting legal requirements with technical ones. This course helps trainees understand how to build data protection into system design, operations, and security from the ground up.
